New property acquisitions: I focus on individual investors who wish to own single or multiple properties, with or without other investors. My approach is highly personalized and I consult with each client, tailoring an investment based on many factors including:

1031 Exchanges: This type of transaction is authorized by Section 1031 of the IRS Code and is the best strategy for deferring capital gains tax that would ordinarily arise from the sale of real estate. An exchange involves many rules and must be planned carefully. It usually requires the assistance of a real estate attorney, an accountant, and a qualified exchange intermediary. As your broker and financial advisor, I will:
- Coordinate the "exchange process" with the assistance of your other specialists.
- Locate suitable "like-kind" replacement properties within 45 days.
- Assist in completing the purchase of one or more of these properties within 180 days.
